This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate applications, donations, and communication with the Foundation. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully.
Donations
Donations are voluntary charitable contributions and do not purchase goods or services unless ELDF expressly states otherwise. The Foundation is an Ohio nonprofit recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity; gifts may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Completed donations are generally final. Refund reviews, recurring-gift cancellations, corrected acknowledgments, and noncash gifts are governed by our Donation & Refund Policy.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee an award. Awards are made at the discretion of the Foundation according to its policies and available resources.
Intellectual property
The Foundation’s name, logo, and content are its property. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and current but make no warranties. The Foundation is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
